My department received a SPECIAL REQUEST for a very wealthy family from ITALY. The wanted a custom made packages of the US, The Company did offer packages such as fly and driver / escorted tours , all done by Motor Coach bus.  But this individual wanted fly/ drive  to the Cities he choose for him, his wife and 3 children but it had to be done with Private Limousine. All accommodations had to be 5 star hotels, Every aspect of this trip had to be top of the line. No one in my department would take this task, after thinking how my much I like to but a smile on people faces, and I love my Job, so I decided to take the task with approval of my Supervisor. After the trip the family came back to NY to meet 

with me, I was invited out to dinner at NOBU, they gave me a beautiful watch, in addition with a very nice reward check. Then at our Annual Christmas party there was the Beyond the call award, with a very nice bonus. on top of our regular bonus. That is when I realize Tour and Travel is in my blood.
