Above dates included 3 different timeframes:
Worked 9 hours a week. Completed all office responsibilities in an accurate an timely manner. Liaison between the office, congregatio, and public. Worked closely with the pastor. Entered member contributions into a special computer program. Responsible for developing, printing, and mailing a 6 to 8 page monthly newsletter. Took, transcribed and distributed monthly board minutes.
Worked part-time. Helped clients with cleaning, shopping, and other miscellaneous duties so they could stay in their home/apartment.
Worked 1 day and then had 2 days off. Shift started at 9 a.m. and ended at 9 a.m. the following morning. The House Parent stayed overnight on the premises. Duties included being available 24 hours for the residents; preparing a noon, evening, and morning meal; helping with showers; doing laundry; and just caring and loving them. Returned to Billings when facility closed.
