• 3/1/21 – 5/1/21 Hospice Liaison in the Hospital system Aurora system. Hospice informational meetings for individuals who are in the hospital. Coordination of hospital discharge and admission for patients choosing hospice care. Experience in EPIC.

• Outside sales and marketing for an Assisted Living and Memory Care Community. Developing community and professional relationships to generate referrals. Planning and promoting educational events and community events. Taking original intake calls, touring prospective residents and assisting in gathering necessary medical paperwork for all admissions.
