• Provides personalized educational, behavioral, and emotional support to individual students to enable positive learning outcomes.
• Assists students in achieving academic goals by providing one-on-one tutoring and small-group instruction for high-risk students.

Volunteer bi-weekly as part of a street outreach ministry team to:

• Provide essential supplies, such as food, socks, and blankets, to homeless individuals and families struggling to survive in the Everett area.
• Provide encouragement and emotional support to those marginalized and fighting addiction, mental health challenges, and poverty.
• Collaborate with the medical and social services outreach team members.

• Supported special education students in their daily activities, including academics and personal care.
• Implemented individualized education plans (IEPs) to support students' educational and behavioral goals.
• Monitored student progress, documented observations, and communicated findings with the classroom teacher.
• Maintained a positive attitude and communicated affirmatively with each student.
• Worked cooperatively with students of various culturally diverse backgrounds and learning styles.
