  • Began employment as Med-Surg and Emergency Department RN, managing patient's in the acute care phase through admission and inpatient care and follow through to discharge on many occasions.
  • Graduated with Master's in Nursing and obtained Family Nurse Practitioner License in 2010 and furthered my education with Emergency Nurse Practitioner Certification in 2018, and have continued with acute care, procedural, and substance use disorder continuing education, on opening of chemical detox unit.
  • Worked in a family care setting for 8 months following FNP graduation before accepting position and continuing as an Emergency Room nurse practitioner and hospitalist, providing skilled, timely, emergency response to critically-ill patients in collaboration with physician, for stabilization, transfer and/or admission for further evaluation and treatment and following the patient throughout the hospitalization and discharge, as hospitalist.
