• Began employment as Med-Surg and Emergency Department RN, managing patient's in the acute care phase through admission and inpatient care and follow through to discharge on many occasions.
• Graduated with Master's in Nursing and obtained Family Nurse Practitioner License in 2010 and furthered my education with Emergency Nurse Practitioner Certification in 2018, and have continued with acute care, procedural, and substance use disorder continuing education, on opening of chemical detox unit.

Also worked as Director of Nursing, again managing the healthcare team to promote a caring environment and patient centered care in a long term care setting.
