  • As a program coordinator I efficiently and effectively coordinate the 21st CCLC after school program by hiring teachers, recruit students, create vendor contracts for academics and enrichment, schedule staff, submit payroll in a timely manner each week, submit data to the TEA TX21st System, track data using excel, use Google Docs to create parent/student surveys, contact and meet with parents, create flyers using and communication for events using Canva, host monthly campus, and district events, search for sponsorships, and donations from the community, support and surpass the campus academic needs, present at TEA events, and provide professional development to staff and peers.
  • In this role I also create lesson plans that align to the school day curriculum, create weekly workstations, and integrate SEL (social and emotional learning) into every lesson.
  • I purchase licenses to keep students engaged such as AI learning programs, place requisition orders to order supplies, and materials.
