I am seeking an opportunity to interview for the school guidance position. Often time, principals like to hire someone who has experience in the high school level already, but sometimes a fresh face can bring on great changes. I am seeking an opportunity to work in the high school rim. I would dedicate myself to learning what I need to know and I am not afraid to ask for help. I have served in the capacity as guidance counselor for six years and have gained a wealth of knowledge. I believe that my prior experience and education makes me a great candidate. I am quite sure that in many aspects the job expectations may be a little different, but I am positive that many of the expectations will be similar as well. In every school students, teachers, and parents will require support or help, which my expertise will be needed. Throughout my six years, I have worn many hats.
