  • In my role at Barclaycard US, I managed 3 programs and over 40 projects across various domains, including regulatory compliance, infrastructure, security, and business process integration, acquisitions, credit cards, claims, CMS, CRM, collections, data, financial, global standardization, marketing, mobile, payments, POS, process improvements, QA, risk management, training, underwriting, and workflow automation.
  • Regulatory Compliance Programs: Ensured compliance with the Prudential Regulation Authority (PRA) by managing two projects: Infrastructure upgrades and resilience rating.
  • Global Alignment Program: Aligned the US operating model with the global organization by setting up core infrastructure, identifying procedures, policies, and opportunities for integration and upgrades. Developed policies, procedures, and SLAs to support infrastructure project integration.
  • Managed Change and Upgrades: Oversaw changes in systems, tenants, POS systems, system upgrades, website, help desk, mobile, IVR, CRM, and chat systems.
  • FOMC Rate Change Implementation: Ensured compliance with Federal rate change regulations, compliance, and legal requirements. Reformatted and updated procedure documents, resulting in improved clarity and conformity. Significantly improving overall project efficiency and communication.
  • Compliance Project: Identified and managed accounts not meeting compliance standards, implemented controls and automated processes, created communications to notify customers, and developed reports to monitor success and failures. Resolved 7,430 accounts.
  • Networking System Upgrade: Upgraded the networking system to handle peak customer credit card demands, such as Black Friday shopping.
  • Symantec Internet and External Emails: Enhanced global architecture to integrate with the local bank, ensuring local server images align with global standards. Leveraged global rules to implement a follow-the-sun support model while maintaining the localization of Personally Identifiable Information (PII). Managed eight in-house servers, adding storage as needed. Virtual Machine (VM) servers did not require updates but necessitated additional storage.
  • POS Credit Card Launch: Implemented the framework to support the flow and processing of information required for a partner launch point of sale (POS) credit card launch and payment updates. The upgrades to the connectivity systems provided redundancy and scalability to handle peak customer demand times.
  • Confluence Page Development: Developed and implemented a Confluence page for teams to update progress, testing, risks, blockers, implementations, and attach evidence, eliminating 65 emails per month and enhancing the ability to provide continuous updates to stakeholders.
  • Process Automation: Automated manual processes to manage projects through the SDLC lifecycle and improved workflow for the project pipeline and finances using SharePoint. Created procedure documents, checklists, and KPIs.
