During my employment at Centene, I handled high-volume of calls requiring immediate resolutions for mental health medications.  Many of the customers were agitated and upset.  One call lasted two hours because the customer was out of medication and threatened suicide, There was no escalation, and I resolved the issue by guaranteeing the medication was ordered (by speaking with physician) and would be available too the customer the next day.
