Since working at the Bridges I have held the position of receptionist, head of dining and now activities coordinator and lead of Covid testing. This has allowed me to be a versatile employee, with a well rounded knowledge in many of the areas of the workings of the facility, being able to help residents in all areas. I have worked overnight shifts as an RA in our memory unit so also have experience with toileting , dressing and feeding of residents.
Since coming into the activities department I have implemented 8 new games, brought back two old activities and continued to create new and exciting projects from card making to art classes that my residents are excited to participate in weekly.
