  • Several years of experience with commercial permitting. This requires extensive research for Land Uses, being familiar with the Land Development Code, Land Development Projects, coordinating with Land Development personnel for those projects, Roads and Drainage, and external agencies including the Health Department, FDOT, Water Management, etc. Commercial permitting often requires deadlines to be met which requires you to be fast paced, places an individual under immense pressure at times, critical thinking, and you must be very detail oriented.
