Skills

Public speaking: From my selected educationally pursuits, to my place as eldest in my family and too often times being a team leader in the work place- I am not afraid to stand in front of a crowd, as I have done at multimedia team morning meetings, at Bed Bath and Beyond, Raising Canes and Target I can address a group of people, acknowledge wins of the week, areas in need of focus, goals and so on While making sure to help inspire the team for the shift ahead

Leadership: I take initiative and am fully confident in my abilities to lead a team through busy times and recognize who fits best where to ensure smooth operations

Customer Service: The guest always comes first When addressing your work the people who make your job possible are top priority It is very easy for me to empathize with others, make them feel seen and tend to their needs as quickly and efficiently as possible

Multi tasking: When taking orders, I am about to understand the guest, relay specialities or corrections to the kitchen and continue listening, get started on making the order and input it at the same time Similarly when assisting a guest face to face in a retail setting, as they request aid I am already thinking of multiple solutions to provide
