Summary

After ten years in the insurance industry, a personal experience with Birth to Three services for my son Wyatt led me to change my career path to applied behavior analysis. I obtained a degree in Child Studies and a Master’s degree in Behavior Analysis and obtained my ultimate goal to become a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst. My unique perspective as a parent of a special needs child in combination with my education and passion for early intervention propels my desire to help children and their families.

Experienced with developing and implementing behavior intervention plans. Utilizes data-driven strategies to promote positive behavior changes. Strong understanding of collaboration with multidisciplinary teams and effective communication.
