Through my various employment opportunities, I have gained strengths in problem solving, conflict resolution, rural living conditions and concerns. I am able to adapt to changes, enhance every position that has been presented during employment. Encourage open communication with others in order to create a better working relationship. My time in road construction is a strength that will benefit the Rural Community Specialist position since I bring an internal understanding of the inner workings, and my experience working with at-risk youth shows my ability to resolve conflicts and disagreements through listening and finding common ground. My current position has shown that I am able to blend professional managerial style with a positive, interactive environment for employees.
