Reducing mold buildup in beer tubs

Identify the problem where the beer tubs coming back for rework on the Delta Flights. 

Each cart that come back from flight that was not use the company will rework the carts though the system. 

Take all the beer tubs out wash them thoroughly along with the soda and juice draws. 

Afterward take each tub and draws sent them though the dishwasher area.

 Before place each beer tub back on the shelves use air hose to clean the residue off the shelves so once the tub roll down into the next location the black residue will not be falling down into the tub and the QC department isn't worry if its mold or just residue from  the wheels  on the track.
