Strength Training/Body Building

Marines Corps taught me to keep my body strong with resistance and cardio training. I hold myself to a standard of being able to lift at least double my weight in certain lifts. I will have no problem physically in any job I do. I also have a strict dietary restriction which includes the consumption of alcohol unless I have to taste for consistency. Im at the amateur level but I take my hobby very serious. I train currently at the UFC GYM Kaka'ako location. 

Interests

I play competitive and casual video gaming Ranking to platinum in League of legends and completing Ultimate level Raids in Final Fantasy 14 being my highest Achievements I spend time with my son in Minecraft creating worlds and teaching him how to build and create I believe this one of the best ways to keep the mind strong and with the ever growing age of technology provide a foundation for my son to succeed in his future
