  • QC inspector: Document all dimensional inspection results on required documents, Maintain traceability on nonconforming products, Perform end drift inspections under all premium connections, Perform MRP gage set-ups and complete gage set-ups for premium and API threads, Perform re-gages with third party inspectors, Locate and utilize Mylar overlays for premium connections, Use the Mic-Trac correctly and operate the contour tracer, Interpret manufacturing blueprints, Perform visual inspection on used premium and API connections, Perform hardness tests (Brinell and Rockwell), Perform minor gage repairs, Help organize work load for Quality Control and line up gages for upcoming orders, ETC
  • QC Leadman: Assist in organizing daily work load for Quality Control department, Communicate with Inside Sales and Production for expediting customer orders, Assist in the evaluation of Inspectors and training of lower level employees, Enforce Job Readiness practices, Responsible for documenting dispositions for non-conforming products on non-conformance reports, Coordinate all re-gauges for your respective division and verify product compliance prior to third party inspector arrival
