I have a very well rounded experienced background from full on construction gut and remodel to overseeing multiple garden style, mid-rise and experience with high rise buildings. Keeping myself and my staff up to par on preventative maintenance, move in ready standards, safety and workplace hospitality. With the years i have spent in carpentry and property maintenance.
