Moved from Extrusion to Converting in June 2023. My job is to make sure machines are running quality product, as efficiently as possible. I am experienced in doing variances for extrusion and converting. Set up people rotation based on hot orders and dates. Manage overtime board. Make job packets, schedule kit changes and orders to machines in most efficient way according to ship dates. I have to document all downtime, machine issues.
