• Helped develop new strategies for sailors to make informed career decisions, resulting in a 95% retention rate, which was the highest retention rate for a Navy Career Counseling team.
• Coached Military Members of all ranks one-on-one regarding employment goals, education, personal development and to include disciplinary actions when needed.
• Organized and hosted the NRC Career Development Symposium, including power points, location management and special speakers.
• Participated in group panels regarding training personnel on diversity related issues.

120/12C - Collateral Duty Inspector & Work Center Supervisor

• Awarded: Blue Jacket of the Quarter FY18
• Awarded : Squadron Blue "M" Award FY19, due to my exceptional program management skills, leading to one of the highest scores to be achieved in the VR-53 community.
• In less than 6ths was able to obtain Work Center Supervisor for Airframes and Corrosion Control.
• Trained sailors on policy updates of FAA regulations and aviation services policies to team members to ensure proper understanding and compliance.
• Created a Universal Training Manual for all members going on deployment, resulting in a significant decline on safety issues.
• Helped create and manage Project Odyssey, a morale building program that used fun activities to build teamwork.
• Program Manager for Hydraulic Contamination Control Program, during the 2019 CFLSW Maintenance Program Assessment received an over all grade of 88%, a new bench mark in the C-130T community.
