Currently I oversee purchasing of all orders, staying in contact with suppliers and shipping companies.

I stay up to date with cooperative purchasing contracts such as OMNIA, Sourcewell, TIPS, GSA, etc.

I handle in-house accounts payable and receivable, balancing Envision's books and assuring final invoices are submitted once jobs are complete.

Oversaw all accounts payable for RV Park and Pool & Deli. Along with this, I was in charge of the daily accounting procedures and protocols including balancing of books, cash register monitoring, and internal audits.

As this was a family business, I was often pulled to work the front desk, deli counter, make desserts, or even help with the landscaping.

I was in charge of accounts payable and helping with the budget process for the resort during the first part of my time there.

Switched to Association Governance Specialist early on, where I had to make sure all contracts were legal, I oversaw meetings, typed meeting minutes, and dealt with anything associated with the HOA.

Remained the backup accountant the entire time, keeping up with accounts, invoices, and banking.

During this time, I became very involved with corporate meetings, providing requested information to executives, and working with HOA members.
