Completed two Holocaust and Genocide graduate courses: Gender and Genocide, and Atrocity Prevention, at Keene State College.
Researched the history, challenges, and best practices in Holocaust and Genocide Education for my Master's Capstone.
Carried out research on how the NH Holocaust and Genocide mandate is being implemented in a public school in New Hampshire.
Designed and implemented Holocaust and Genocide lessons for middle school English and social studies classes.
Led English and social studies classes for multiple years in participating in the MLK celebration, in conjunction with the town of Jaffrey's MLK committee. Celebrations focused on projects using the theme of a 'beloved community,' civil rights, social justice, and environmental justice.
Attended Gettysburg College Teacher Summer Symposium and studied the Civil Rights Movement.
Integrated Indigenous literature and authors into the English language arts curriculum.
