Experienced and effective intelligence and survival, evasion, resistance, and escape (SERE) professional/instructor with over 24 years of success in SIGINT planning and execution, in operational and intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) missions to include non-kinetic and kinetic threat support, joint electromagnetic spectrum operations. Experienced and previously qualified Joint Personnel Recovery Agency (JPRA) specialized SERE training instructor. Extensive experience in identifying, assessing, communicating, applying and developing advanced personnel recovery concepts meeting appropriate standards in high-risk DoD personnel recovery doctrine. Vast experience in leading both at home station specialized SERE classes and mobile training teams. Comprehensive knowledge of intelligence research, processing, exploitation methods, and procedures using multi-source information to report complex intelligence in a form that affects national security with a working knowledge of combatant command level command, control, and communication (C3) systems and operations. Able to articulate goals, objectives, and performance standards expected by upper-level management and senior level leadership. Recent operational and tactical ISR experience in the Indo-Pacific regions.
