  • Interpret complex cardiac rhythms, and intervene appropriately.
  • Manage high-risk cardiac drips, including inotropes, vasopressors, and antiarrhythmics.

Neuro ICU.

  • Perform high-level neurological assessments (GCS, NIHSS, pupil reactivity)
  • Manage EVDs and ICP monitoring devices per protocol
  • Implement neuroprotective strategies to prevent secondary brain injury
  • Rapidly detect and report neurological decline
