• Oral hygiene, Bathing activities including shower, bed bath Toileting activities including the use of the urinal, bedpan, commode, assistance with ostomy appliances, Personal grooming activities including shampooing, skin care, shaving, perineal care, Dressing activities

• Assisted Residents with ADLs such as bathing, toileting, assist feeding and dressing
• Also from time to time we escort the residents to and from doctors appointments

• Assisted clients with specific needs
• Planned meal preparations for specific diet restrictions
• Charted medications and changes
• Attentive to requests and concerns regarding clients’ health
• Took temperature, blood pressure, and respirations
• Instructed patients on health management, including glucose monitoring

• Monitors patient condition by observing physical and mental condition, intake and output, and exercise
• Supports patients by providing housekeeping and laundry services; shopping for food and other household requirements; preparing and serving meals and snacks; running errands
