• Recruit priority roles within the firm including Chief Information Security Officer, Head of Real Estate, Cyber Security Architect, Principal Product Designers, Talent Partners, Product Managers, Capital Networks Partners and AI Analytic Engineers.
• Build and cultivate a robust network of top-tier professionals to meet the talent needs for internal roles. Focus on establishing long-term relationships to ensure a continuous pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Act as a trusted advisor to internal stakeholders offer expert guidance on talent assessment, recruitment strategies, and retention practices. Provide actionable insights that help shape hiring decisions and support the organization's growth objectives.
• Oversee a comprehensive recruitment portfolio, managing all aspects from job requisition through to hire. Regularly track and analyze recruitment metrics to ensure alignment with organizational goals, documenting progress and making data-driven recommendations for process improvement.
