I didn’t grow up with a roadmap for dreaming big. My childhood was grounded in survival—where bills were more important than books and imagination took a back seat to responsibility. So when I became a parent, I chose a different path. I left my career in financial advising to stay home with my children. I devoted myself to making their world rich in curiosity, creativity, and confidence.
That choice led me down a winding path—from home-educating in Upstate New York to leading dynamic parent and alumni engagement at one of New York City’s premier performing arts public schools. I’ve built fundraising campaigns from scratch, galvanized communities during difficult transitions, and found joy in helping others discover their strengths.
Now, with my children grown and thriving, I’m ready to return to the workforce—bringing not only years of practical experience but also a deep sense of empathy, a natural leadership instinct, and a tireless belief in the power of mission-driven work. I know how to build community. I know how to get things done. And I’m ready for what’s next.
