Roles And Responsibilities

  • Dumped boxes of all different types of empty glass bottles for the different products that were produced, each box weighing between 5-25 pounds.
  • Ensured that all finished products were made properly and had correct labeling and had sufficient amount of product inside of the bottle and the cap was secured.
  • Fixed machine jams on a regular basis and ensured to practice the lock out and tag out procedure before working on any of the machines.
  • Reworked and reclaimed bottles when there were defective bottles that might have been sent out on the line.
  • Operated palletization systems with jog forward and backwards capabilities on a daily and often basis.
  • Swept and cleaned around my area and machines when there is downtime and recycled materials like glass, cardboard, cellophane wrap, and plastic straps.
  • Kept supplies in sufficient stock by assessing inventory levels and reporting lower stock items.
