Throughout my career, I have taken on diverse roles that have equipped me with a deep understanding of customer service, public hearings, planning and zoning departments, Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word), Dodge Construction Network (DCN), daily field reporting, virtual meeting applications, and property survey and research. My work extends beyond craftsmanship, ensuring projects meet the highest quality and safety standards, earning recognition from peers and supervisors alike.

In addition to my certified journeyman card, I acquired a general contractor's license. I have actively pursued professional development through workshops and seminars to deepen my expertise in property valuation and market trends. My experience spans site development, framing, and finishing in residential, commercial, educational, and medical facilities. This comprehensive construction background equips me with a keen eye for property assessments, allowing me to bridge the gap between public trust and the appraisal industry.
