  • Achieved organization within the book of business for the agency by introducing an agency management system for keeping track of tasks, phone calls, billing, document filing etc.
  • Used Microsoft Excel to develop statement of value spreadsheets for marketing results and attaching to final proposal to the insured. The statement of values was developed for the Homeowner Associations property coverage to confirm square feet per unit. If there were a claim the Equitable distribution would be accurate.
  • Took over for another Account Manager and cleaned up accounts that had duplicate coverage and back premium returned for the terms the account had duplicate coverage.
