I have welded for Altec for 12 years, i did one year as an IMKO associate and then 11 years as a full time associate. This has led team leads and others to rely on me for my input and to work close when given new parts and designs to assure they are built properly and quickly. I have helped with the prototypes for both the Griz small parts and the Marty Mcfly small parts and been involved in the engineering meetings for input and trusted with building prototypes and giving feedback. I am very detail and quality oriented in my mindset and actions. I take great pride in my ability to deliver well made parts on time with no defects.
