After earning my Bachelor’s Degree in Creative Writing at Texas State University and spending five years teaching English in Japan, my goal now is to apply what I’ve learned to a similar field closer to my home country (USA). I am looking for an opportunity to utilize and develop my writing skills through various applications. I find great pride in working hard and seeing a job done right, and particularly in lighting the spark of understanding in others.

I regularly enter writing contests, mostly involving short stories.
I have achieved rankings, but never cash prizes or publications. Yet.
