  • Responsible for leading the daily execution of ALL safety, environmental compliance, product quality, food safety, and production related issues in the West Plant complex including the Refinery and Extraction plants. Other job functions include leading operations to maintain process safety along with personal safety. Maintain daily activities with complex and plant related priorities and maintain daily goals. Communicate timely with Plant manager’s and leadership personnel as situations arise along with being actively involved with development of shift supervisors leads and front line operators.
