- Organized an Identity Theft Working Group for West Michigan which resulted in a 300% increase in identity theft related prosecutions.
- Lead case agent for criminal enterprise case involving over 18 subjects in a multi-state bank fraud conspiracy.
- Supervising site agent for Ford Museum during the state funeral of Former President Ford with crowds estimated at 100,000, and Primary USSS agent for the funeral of Mrs. Ford.
- Represented USSS in public presentations, recruitment events, international interactions with embassy and foreign embassy officials, and in foreign countries.
- Initiated, developed, prosecuted, and closed complex cases involving credit card fraud, counterfeiting, forgery, conspiracy, and bank fraud.
- Organized and coordinated over 25 successful surveillance operations including undercover purchases, intelligence gathering meetings, electronic supported surveillance, and combined agency search warrants of businesses and residences.
