Summary

I had been at All West Surface Prep for more than 16 years. I started at age 23. Learning everything from hand grinding edges to Applying the finishing touches on epoxy coatings & highly polished floors with designs & logos.

In 2013 after a back injury I moved into a sales associate position. Gaining valued experience from the other side of the industry, utilizing Blue Book & View360. Dealing with customers & the unique challenges of residential & commercial projects.

In June 2014 I was offered the Production Manager Position, to which I enthusiastically accepted. There were tangible results immediately, jobs became more profitable, costumers & salesmen were happy and the crews became more efficient. I believe my previous field experience was paramount to that success. I was able to see from multiple perspectives and relate problems & concerns effectively from the customers, salesperson & crews performing the work.

Motivated Production Manager with more than 4 years in project management in the Floor Prep & Polishing industry. Offers an in-depth understanding of project lifecycles and project development methodologies.

I also have 11 years experience in the processes of prepping, polishing, blasting, coating, self leveling and general restoration of flat concrete surfaces.

Looking for new & unique challenges that will allow me to grow as a professional and as a person.

Although the bulk of my professional experience is in the flooring/construction industry - the skills & experience I have acquired will be beneficial to me in many other industries.
