Supervise a team of investigative reporters for a journalism nonprofit covering Washington, Oregon and Idaho. Work closely with reporters to identify and vet potential stories that focus on holding the powerful accountable; develop a reporting plan for finding sources, documents and other information; edit drafts of stories closely for thoroughness, accuracy and fairness, as well as organization and narrative progression.
