Have experience in many departments inside Technique, 2D and 3D lasers, press department, as well as being the main quality inspector on 2nd shift.
Programming 3D lasers from scratch, using CAD models, cutting angles and fixture building.
Using calibrations, alignments, and different cutting tables to ensure a clean cut.
Using the romer arms and Polyworks to see moves that need to be made in order to make a quality part.
Making offsets in the machine to ensure the product is quality.
-Using Trutops(3D) Polyworks, Sigmanest, Solidworks on a daily basis
-Romer arms used for scanning and probing
-Completing moderate difficulty level programs inside of polyworks
-Using hand measurement tools such as height stands, calipers, thread gauges, micrometers
-Ability to interprate a scan and tell technicians what moves need to be made to make a quality part
Completed Polyworks 101 and RDS classes put on by Hexagon.
Completed the JAC3 program as well as an apprenticeship, which Technique sponsored.
