Accomplishments

Safety is my main focus teaching and coaching on ways to be safe making sure everyone around me is safe and everything is up to date with safety . documenting safety observations and helping Dustin past few months with safety observations and documenting them on the spread sheet in safety engagement folder. Checking in with employees to make sure they are doing their required monthly safety observations and asking others how they are safe. Also Jeff the safety manager from my last job was going to make me his assistant. He thought I was really up to date on safety issues and communication on safety issues. I actually would like to use him as a reference. The reason I didn’t get that position was because we thought the other safety assistant cliff was not coming back due to health problems but he happened to come back. I am also very good at following safety protocols. I have a lot problem solving computer skills. Very good with learning a new process and following it. Safety makes me happy I enjoy learning it and helping others stay safe
