- Designed and built a full-stack real estate marketing site from scratch using Next.js (App Router), Express, and PostgreSQL—delivering a responsive, multi-page site with contact capture, admin lead management, and live MLS map search integrated via IDX Broker.
- Built a responsive, production-ready frontend with sticky navigation, mobile hamburger menu, splash screen, and consistent UI across Home, About, Contact, Active Listings, Client Testimonials, Financing, and bilingual (English/Spanish) sections.
- Designed and implemented a REST API (Express + PostgreSQL) for inquiry submission, password-protected admin retrieval, and listing search with filtering and pagination; configured CORS and env-based settings for production.
- Optimized the Active Listings map for mobile using dynamic viewport height and flex layout so the full MLS map fits on one screen without scrolling on phones.
