My brief period of time spent pursuing a minor degree in the field of General Studies involved attending several classes, some of which included a Public Speaking class, Health and Nutrition class, and a World History class. I was unsure of a specific degree which suited me well at the time so I decided that developing a breadth of knowledge across multiple disciplines as well as developing a more in-depth understanding of a few more specific areas of personal interest would lead better possibilities in my future.
