• As a Jig Team member, responsible for manually installing and removing mechanical props of which assist robots during production line painting/sealer process.
• Applying/removing sealant as needed in specific areas of vehicles to water proof vehicle interior.

• Escorted inmates to and from cells, court, hospitals and medical appointments.
• Conducted routine and emergency head counts.
• Prepared, processed and maintained forms, reports, logs, records and activity journals.
• Observed and supervised inmates throughout visits, meal time, recreation, phone calls and showers.
• Crisis Response Team Member, responsible for deescalating individuals in distress and evaluating them for relocation if individual is threat to themselves or someone else.

East Peoria CAT AD Facility:

• Responsibilities included access control of CAT/Contractor employees, visitors and property.
• Weekly and monthly testing and checking various fire suppression systems including Cardox, Ansul, ECARO, wet pipe sprinkler and pre-action systems in addition to daily routes to ensure proper reading levels are maintained.
• Various receptionist work in lobby dealing with various Microsoft programs while addressing clients needs and concerns.
• Proper record keeping of routes and paperwork for insurance audits. Transferred to Mapleton Foundry 09/2011.

Mapleton CAT Foundry Facility:

• Equal security responsibilities as AD Facility, in addition to industrial firefighter and Hazmat Team duties.
• Including hazardous materials containment, clean up and disposal.
• Privately contracted to access and extinguish all fires in a foundry setting.
• Immediate response and assistance provided for medical emergencies.

• Various duties performed ranging from floor sales associate, product stocking, truck unloading, mod setting and customer assistance in loading mulch, rocks and dirt.
• Responsibilities included building grills, furniture, bicycles, display racks and anything else requiring assembly for store use or sale.

• Storm spotter for the Village of Morton (paged to observe severe weather conditions and report back to dispatch).
• Armed Auxiliary Officer providing security for high school sports games and other activities as well as for various village hosted events including car shows, charity/fund raisers and the Morton Pumpkin Festival.
• Responsibilities included traffic control, maintaining auxiliary vehicle fleet. Staying up to date on training (volunteer time).

• Axle line assembly, which included the building and setting of axles/brake systems for semi trailers.
• Sub assembly, assembling rear frames and riveting metal sheets for trailer walls including other smaller tasks in sideline assembly.
• Promoted to Safety Team representative whose responsibility was to note and discuss hazards and unsafe employee practices of my department in the plant and present them at team meetings to be addressed and corrected in a timely manner.
• Graphic design application department, used multiple hand tools to apply both large and small decals/placards on semi trailers per customer’s requests and IDOT requirements. Soon thereafter promoted to become the 2nd shift team leader of decalers. Oversaw approximately a dozen decalers operating on two running assembly lines.
• Second Shift Team Lead responsibilities included training new hires, blueprint reading, decal and placard stocking/inventory control as well as quality assurance of finished products.
