I was first hired as a PCAII and my duties include rooming patients, answering calls and being a liaison between patients and physicians, monitoring and performing INR levels, EKGs and data entry. I moved to the position of Office Operations Assistant and those duties include data entry, customer service, scheduling, referrals, collection, daily deposits, phone triage, and billing.
