Summary

I have always lived the lifestyle that I teach. I have taken my personal background in fitness, made it a lifestyle and do my best to create and teach that lifestyle to others. I had the honor and privilege of learning under Dr. Kenneth Cooper and his staff at the Cooper Fitness Center. I am a cheerleader to the core and am great at motivating others. Taking any human being and helping them see fitness and health from the inside out, and not focusing only on the outside is a passion. The value of safety to avoid any injury or harm while increasing fitness levels is important to me.
