As a leader at buckle we are coaching, leading, teaching the team. We are able to own a department of the store (Guest relations, store credit card, denim, recruiting) as well as visually own part of the store. We come up with the education we want to take to the team based of tools, papers, videos, to teach and help the team get stronger. We communicate these efforts, actions and goals to our manger, area, and district mangers.
