We troubleshoot our website and kiosk then notify our partners DC Lottery to update the site or to let them know it’s causing our customers any type of issues. This was a very small group of representatives so the customers had the option to direct their calls to the exact person they preferred to speak with and my soothing, calming voice naturally deescalate my customers.
