Answer most incoming calls for patient service center (Forward messages to appropriate team members, via chat, transferring incoming calls, take messages and distribute)
Schedule patients for COVID tests, concierge services, blood lab/specimen draws
Handle incoming mail, distribute, scan mail and forward to appropriate team member
Place lab orders for patients via LABNEXUS/LABDAQ (COVID testing, antigen, nasopharyngeal tests, saliva tests)
Connect with patients regarding results, reset passwords for patient portal access, print results
Courier service for different facilities (picking up samples, delivering to lab)
Process payments for patients COVID tests, concierge services
Train new employees with regards to SOPS, LABNEXUS/LABDAQ, procedures for the patient service center
Update outdated SOPS for NextGen Labs patient service centers
Clear holds/rejections re: samples, COVID tests for many different facilities throughout the US
Assist supervisor on hand with different projects in a timely manner
Handle communication with a variety of medical facilities, surgery centers, hospitals, doctor requests
Provide onsite support at COVID-19 testings sites, onsite support with facilities to secure a relationship between lab and facility.
