Summary

The first thing I think is most important about what makes me me and who I am and how I came to be is I'm a mom of three and take so much pride in my little family. They are my whole world and are the most important thing in my life. Being able to be there for them is my pride and joy. It has also taught me even more to become the person I am today with the experiences and lesson they teach and show me on a daily basis. They are what keeps me going and try to achieve and do my best so I can be at my best for them. I'm a very hard worker, im dedicated, sympathetic and reasonable. Over the years of my experience for work I have learned so much about being a professional leader and what that takes. It takes reliability, adaptability, patience, problem solving, strategic planning and strong communication skills. I've worked in fast paced environments having to be efficient and effective in managing any guests needs or wants while maintaining a clean and organized workspace. When you work in such environments with multiple people the most important thing is team work and dependability on each other and yourself. I believe no one can do everything on their own and leaning and trusting one another to get through the day is one of the most important reasons that able to happen.
