I previously was a patient and nurturing Pre-Kindergarten Teacher's Assistant with three years of hands-on experience in early childhood education. Skilled at creating engaging lesson plans and activities for young learners while fostering social development and creativity. Strong communication skills, ability to manage classroom behavior effectively, and knack for building rapport with children, parents, and staff. As a new college graduate, I will leverage my learning experiences and apply psychological principles to better understand the social and emotional states of each student for successful learning and teaching.
