A supportive lead teacher with 19 years of experience in assisting and leading a classroom. I've worked with infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, providing the best care possible. I’ve lead and implemented individualized children's schedules, working with each family. I have a distinguished history of maximizing productivity, proactive satisfaction to meet their needs, helping them grow, and setting them up for success in the future. My experience working in this role has helped me grow and has helped me be confident in building partnerships with different families. It also helped me build leadership skills, modeling, and implementing the skill set for my classroom. With my experience and loyalty to the organizations, I'm ready to take on positions of greater responsibility. In this higher-level role, I will be able to serve as a role model to staff and provide guidance, which will lead to greater employee satisfaction and engagement.
