  • If there was one document missing, I would make a check list on the computer, so that they would know what they had turned in and what they were still missing
  • However, I would have to give the application back to them along with the other documents

Abilities - Office

My abilities in the office is that I pay close attention to detail on information that is given to me verbally and paper. I have the ability to be able to multi task in the office, especially on pay day weeks to get all the information in and make sure that all employee information is completed. I have the knowledge to updating information that is a continuing process in the office and is time consuming. I have built strong verbal communication with all directors, supervisors and employees within the departments. I have been given the opportunity to supervise the HR office when HRO is out. I also have the knowledge to cross train our security in the HR office, provide more assistance when is needed. My knowledge of all software that is used in the HR office is a priority that keeps the department running. 

Additional Information

I know that I am a very determined worker in what ever job I take on. I am self motivated, I keep myself busy doing what needs to be done. I have learned that in the past my weakness use to be time management, however I learned to prioritize and delegate my duties in the office. So when I do take on to much at once I won't become overwhelmed. I love being around other people, and I love to meet new people that I work with in the office or business. I am very good with customers and employees.
